When we are young we don't think about our health in our senior years. We enjoy a strong and flexible body and often don't plan on how it will age or what we will need to do to keep it fit. One of the core areas that are needed to provide stability as we age is flexibility. It seems simple enough to obtain, but as the body progresses it takes more effort to obtain the level of fitness needed to protect our bones and muscles.
